It’s one of the most popular quotes said by Paulo Coelho. I learned its meaning in my Erasmus time from the first moment I’ve decided to do Erasmus. I’m thinking about these days, It was not easy even though you dreamed of it since high school. It was my first flight, first going abroad, first, real-time leaving the family, first being individual. It’s scary for everyone to be in a place that you don’t know the language, culture, and anything except the bits of knowledge you learned from Wikipedia. But this is the growing-up, isn’t it?
All the regrets we have, All the decisions, All the happiness, All the memories, These are the things who made us who we are, how crazy we are, how brave we are. My Erasmus will stay special for me because it was beyond my edges when I’m thinking about all the things. I wanted to try everything I can do and I did. I’m not even regretful about my mistakes because these mistakes made my Erasmus unforgettable. It’s normal Exchange progress for school, yes but it’s including so many moral sides. I was afraid of my speaking of English, and I understand that I was right to be afraid. Right now when I’m writing this, feeling so proud of my progress in speaking. Also, there is another thing that I’m proud of; I’m more confident in myself and my life. Exploring new cultures, new meals, new friends, new rules, new places makes you feel like ‘I should explore more and makes you talking with more people, more trips, more feeling like you are ‘trying’. If you don’t know how to cook, you have to learn, If you don’t know how to go from Lublin to Warsaw, you have to learn, If you don’t know how to explain yourself in English, you have to learn and these are staying not permanently, these are will stay with you forever. That’s how you improve yourself for your future but at the same time how you changed your future too. It sounds scary but no, you’re gaining new goals and new missions. Most of the people who experienced Erasmus, looking for new ways to travel to other countries or all around the World, It’s the first step for change your view of the World and your developing character, at least it was like that for me. Reaching new things is always so exciting, right? It’s about living in the moment, decide about the future. From my view, everything I do especially in Erasmus, firstly I had fun and after that, I made it permanent in my head. That’s the meaning of living. It’s not like if you don’t experience Erasmus you don’t live… of course no! But for my soul and my character, that was the meaning of living and I found it on my Erasmus time. Every time I thought ‘’No you can’t do that Asli.’’ I said to myself ‘’WHY NOT?’’. I found a part of Asli I didn’t know and I liked her 😉. Love, Having Fun, Experience… I tasted these three things more in here and I’ll follow them for whole my life. That’s the biggest experience I’ve ever had and I’m proud of it! And the last thing, If you have a chance like that, follow it till the end!

GÖRSEL NİTELİKTEKİ WINGFINDER CEVAPLARI 1000 KELİMELİK TESTLERE EŞ DEĞER!

Bugün size yeni keşfetmiş olduğum Redbull Wingfinder isimli bilimsel kişilik testinden bahsediyorum.
Bundle'dan haber okurken dikkatimi çeken bu test, gerçek bilimsel verilere dayanıyor. Nasıl mı? Hem işlevsel hem tasarımsal olarak göz kamaştıran bu test; University College, NYU ve Columbia University'den psikometrik uzmanlar ve psikoloji profesörlerinden oluşan bir ekip ile 30 yılı aşkın araştırmalara dayanan ve 10.000 kişilik bir verttabanından geçmiş ücretsiz bir test. Özellikle işe alım süreçlerinde en sık sorulan "En zayıf yönünüz nedir?" "En güçlü yönünüz nedir?" gibi sorulara nokta atışı cevaplar verebilen bir sisteme sahip. 25 "kişilik" kategorisi ve en sonunda 9-20 sayfalık ayrıntılı pdf ve Yetenek Pasaportu gibi birçok imkana sahip denenmesi gereken bir test olduğunu düşünüyorum. Testin şu an Türkçe dili yok, ingilizce çözerseniz bunlar da ingilizce verilecektir. Yaklaşık 35 dakika sürüyor ve 4 kategori halinde bilgileri sağlıyor:

- Yaratıcılık
- Düşünme
- İstek ve Hırs

Aşağıda testi çözdükten sonra sonuçları nasıl verdiğini kendi testimi paylaşarak sunmaya çalışacağım. Zaten siteye girdikten sonra gerisi ilerliyor, akıcı bir test. Üye olmanız gerekiyor.

FUNDAMENTALS OF DIGITAL MARKETING BY GOOGLE DIGITAL GARAGE
Merhabalar. 25.07.2019 itibariyle Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing sertifikamı almış bulunuyorum. Genel olarak Google garage ve eğitim hakkında düşüncelerim olumlu. Eğer bu sektörde okuyor veya kendinizi geliştiriyorsanız internette Google veya benzeri platformlardan ücretsiz sertifikalı eğitimler almak mümkün. Google da dijital platformlarda en popüler olduğundan eğitimler arasında en bilineni ve tercih edileni de bu olsa gerek. En çok tercih edilen olmasına rağmen ortalamanın üstünde zorlukta diyebilirim. Eğitimler Udemy gibi kategorilere ayrılmış ve toplamda 26 tane var. Kategorilerin eğitim uzunlukları değişiyor ama bir konuyu iyi biliyorum diyorsanız videoları başlatmadan konunun sınavına girebiliyorsunuz, tüm soruları doğru cevaplamak şartıyla. Tek bir yanlışınız dahi olsa da konunun başına dönüp tüm videoları izlemek ve etkinliklerini yapmak zorundasınız. Bir şekilde eğitimler tamamlanıyor ama asıl kısım Final sınavı tabi ki. 40 sorudan oluşan sınavdan %80'lik bir başarı yani 32 doğru cevap isteniyor. Eğer başarı yüzdesine ulaşamazsanız 10 saat sonra tekrar deneme şansı veriliyor. Her seferinde de soruların bir kısmı değişiyor. Sorulara genel olarak cevapları benzer ve kafa karıştırıcı diyebilirim ama eğitimleri dikkatli bir şekilde izlerseniz -hatta not alarak- geçemeyeceğiniz bir sınav değil. Konuyla hiç alakanız olmasa da bir şeyler katan bir eğitim. Şöyle ki konuya çok uzak olmama rağmen %85 ile bitirdim ama 4. seferde :) Google bu dijital atölyesi ile fazlasıyla önerdiğim bir eğitim platformu haline geliyor, bizden 8,5/10 alıyor ve tebrik ediyoruz. Ayrıca söylemeden geçemeyeceğim, kalitelisin be Google :)
